Professor: Ph.D, with PG First Class (or B.Tech/BE First Class in 10+2+4+ Ph.D scheme), a consistently good academic record.

Associate Professor: Ph.D, with PG # First Class, Consistent academic record

Assistant Professor: Ph.D, with PG # First Class, Consistent academic record

Pay Scale:

 Professor –Rs. 1,11,150/-
Associate Professor-Rs. 99,370/-
Assistant Professor –Rs.72,200/-
